Open the game menu, then Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption. Enter the code, redeem it and collect the reward from in-game Mail. Players reported redeeming the active-list codes below on September 18; two additional codes reached reported claim limits. We have not tested them ourselves, and availability may change.

Claim-limit and uncertain codes
A claim-limit message does not establish a scheduled expiry date. We have not confirmed a reset, a separate list of expired codes or an official announcement for every reported code.

Redeem and collect
PC Gamer’s illustrated walkthrough identifies Chasing the Clouds with Dr. Lewis as the mailbox unlock. If Mail is still locked, continue that early story quest before trying to collect an accepted code.
- On PC, press Esc to open the main menu and choose the Settings gear.
- Select Account, then Gift Code Redemption.
- Paste the code exactly, without surrounding spaces, and choose Redeem.
- Return to the main menu, open Mail and claim the reward.
Use the error to choose your next step

| Invalid code | Recheck spelling, capitalization and spaces. A retired code may also fail; do not pay to unlock it. |
| Already redeemed | Check existing mail and rewards on the character you used. Entering the same code again will not give another reward. |
| Claim limit reached | The reported allocation may be exhausted. A reset has not been confirmed, so retrying may not help. |
| Accepted, but nothing in inventory | Unlock and open Mail, then claim. Confirm you are viewing the intended account and server. |
| Accepted, but no mail after reopening the game | Keep the code and exact error or success message for official Support. Do not unlink accounts to retry a gift. |
Some gifts do not use a code
Website squad codes join an event team; they are not gift codes. Preregistration, accumulated login and test rewards each have their own eligibility and delivery rules.
