Use the same Aniimo Pass and server to continue your progress across platforms. On a console account’s first Aniimo login, link your existing Pass in the popup: skipping it creates a new Pass and prevents later linking to the existing one. Steam has a later Email Link option.
Steam: email linking
The September FAQ allows email linking after the first login on Steam, including for an account used in the beta. On consoles, an existing Pass must be linked at the first login.
- Launch through Steam and use the prompt to link your Aniimo Pass email account.
- If you skipped that prompt, use the in-game Email Link page.
PS5 and Xbox: first login matters
- Before launching, confirm which existing Aniimo Pass you want to use.
- Use a PSN or Microsoft account that has never logged into Aniimo.
- Link the existing Pass when the first-login popup appears.
- On PS5, check the PSN region-to-server mapping before linking.
If you already skipped the console popup, the FAQ does not provide a self-service way to attach an existing Pass afterward. Contact official support about your account. The later Email Link option applies to Steam.
PSN regions and progress
These are examples from the official table, not the complete list. PS5 uses the PSN account’s registered region, not your current physical location. Check the full table in the source for any other country or region.
Progress on different servers is independent. Linking the right email cannot merge an America character with an Apac character.

Preorder rewards after linking
Claim each preorder on the console platform where it was purchased. The mail goes to the first character created on that console account. Linked accounts can use claimed items on other platforms within the same server.
A PS5 pack and an Xbox pack can both be claimed with the same Pass when the purchasing console accounts are linked correctly. The FAQ does not confirm whether every paid currency balance transfers between stores.
