From the store to your first session
- Open Aniimo’s base-game listing in the PlayStation Store for your account region. It is free to play; currency add-ons and paid packs are optional.
- Install the game and current updates. The launch FAQ specifies 30–35 GB on the internal SSD; allow for the current store’s patch requirements.
- Before first login, check which Aniimo Pass and server hold the character you want to keep. Use the existing-account linking prompt when it appears.
- After sign-in, check your character and server before continuing. Follow the opening story, or arrange co-op using the same server as your friends.
When the store or account does not look right

Which PlayStation can run it?
Use the PlayStation Store listing for your account region. Support for a PS4 controller on PC is not support for running the game on PS4.

Installation, storage and earlier preloads
The launch FAQ lists 30-35 GB of free space on the PS5 internal SSD. Follow the current store’s requirement if updates need more. When the concept page shows a paid pack first, select the free base game before downloading.
The paid-pack requirement applied to early preloading from September 14, before servers opened. It is not a requirement to play now.
Before the first login
If you already have an Aniimo Pass, read the linking instructions before starting on PS5. The existing-account linking prompt appears only on the console account’s first login. Your PSN registration region also determines your server.
Claiming a preorder pack
After launch, use the console account that bought the pack to claim its mail on the corresponding console. The pack is sent to that account’s first character. Open the inventory to activate Handbook items; the redeemed Handbook and its egg belong to the version in which you activate it.
The PS5 preorder accessory is Fluffy Friend. PlayStation Plus is not required to buy or claim the pack. For current prices and contents, use your regional store.
