The official website’s reward panel displays a Susuta egg and describes registration followed by collection when the game opens. Check the official reward rules for eligibility, collection steps and deadlines.
Pre-registration and reward events
The ended Time to Aniimo event linked its profile-card reward to the email used for a first character. That rule belongs to that activity; it should not automatically be applied to every registration reward.

Pre-registration is separate from a preorder pack
PC, console and mobile versions are live. A registration reward is separate from a paid console pack. Pack items must be claimed through mail on the purchasing console; activating the Handbook uses the current version’s rewards.
